Refund policy

Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@saoschoice.com with your order number and reason for return. Since we work with third-party suppliers, please do not send items back without contacting us first — we will provide you with the correct return address based on your order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods
  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Personalized or custom-made items

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will investigate with our supplier. Refunds for lost orders are issued after a reasonable investigation period.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
